People have a tendency to give credit only to that which they like to believe—that which harmonizes with their tastes or feelings and that does not disturb their peace.
We hope that our Adventist brethren and friends who have heard or read depreciative reports about the SDA Reform Movement will be at least fair enough and honest to examine the evidence for themselves, listening to both sides, otherwise they will not have a clear and correct view of the points in question. Those who read this booklet will see why it is very important to know the real differences between the Adventist Church and the SDA Reform Movement.
It is not our purpose to criticize the denomination. In the pages that follow we only intend to analyze and answer the most important arguments used by pastor Helmut H. Kramer in his book, THE SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST REFORM MOVEMENT (German Reform), which was published by the Biblical Research Institute of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.
The apostle says: “Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.” 1 Thessalonians 5:21. “For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.” 1 Corinthians 13:8. In this spirit we invite the reader to consider our short reply. May the guidance of God be with you!
